Community interest in the return of organised tours and social excursions after COVID inspired this next chapter: enjoyable outings that bring people together.

We plan day trips and overnight getaways for community groups, seniors, disability groups, gardening groups, craft groups and social clubs. Each trip is carefully planned with attention to transport, venues, rest stops and passenger comfort.

How do we travel?

Travel in a modern, air-conditioned 25-seater coach. Most tours are planned for approximately 12–18 passengers, depending on the destination, offering a friendly small-group experience.

Can we choose our dates and destinations?

Yes. The flyers show sample tour ideas. Tell us your preferred dates and interests, and we’ll discuss a tailored outing, subject to vehicle, venue and accommodation availability.

What is included in the fare?

Inclusions vary by tour. Some day trips include fresh morning tea, and the featured overnight getaways include twin-share accommodation. Your final quote will specify transport, accommodation, admissions and any meals included.

Can you accommodate mobility or support needs?

Please discuss mobility aids, boarding assistance, walking distances, dietary needs and support arrangements when enquiring. We’ll check the suitability of the vehicle and venues before confirming your trip. Accessible travel arrangements must be confirmed individually.

Where do trips depart from?

We are based in Coffs Harbour on the Mid North Coast. Pickup locations and times are agreed for each group. If your group is based elsewhere in the region, ask us about the options.

How do bookings and payments work?

Start with an enquiry. We’ll provide a proposal and quote, followed by booking information and the applicable payment and cancellation terms before you commit. Sending an enquiry does not confirm a booking.
